These delivery terms apply when you purchase products from Viking Gym Wear via our website vikinggymwear.com. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.
1. Order Acceptance

1.2 After you place an order, we will send an order confirmation email acknowledging receipt. This email does not constitute acceptance of your order.
1.3 Our acceptance occurs when we dispatch your products, at which point a binding contract is formed between you and Viking Gym Wear.
1.4 If we are unable to fulfil your order (e.g., due to stock unavailability, payment issues, or pricing errors), we will notify you and refund any payment received.
2. Eligibility

3. Product Availability & Substitutions
3.1 All products are subject to availability.

4. Delivery
4.1 Delivery Area: We currently deliver to addresses within the Netherlands only.
4.2 Delivery Costs: Shipping fees are displayed at checkout and may vary depending on order size and destination.
4.3 Delivery Time: Estimated delivery times are shown at checkout. We will make every reasonable effort to deliver within the stated timeframe but cannot guarantee exact delivery dates.
4.4 Delays: We are not liable for delays outside our control, including courier delays, customs clearance, extreme weather, or other force majeure events.
4.5 Failed Delivery: If no one is available to receive the delivery, the courier may leave instructions for collection or arrange a re-delivery.
5. Passing of Risk & Title
5.1 Risk in the products passes to you when the products are delivered.
5.2 Ownership of the products passes to you once full payment has been received.
